cbs Malaysia/ India is the subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. Currently we are looking for AMS Support Senior consultant (FICO) to join as part of our team.

Position: AMS Support Senior consultant (SAP FICO)

Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia or Bengaluru, India

Module: SAP FICO

Job responsibilities Position: AMS Support Senior consultant (SAP FICO)

  • Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP FICO module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Change Request Management: Provide advice and solution to meet business change expectation; to meet the agreed delivery datelines.
  • Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
  • Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
  • Meeting SLA: Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
• A degree in account or business preferable, alternatively any other science topic.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of Finance and Controlling and understanding integration topics to other modules.
• Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
