Job Title: Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO)

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP Finance modules (e.g., FI-GL, AP, AR, AA) to meet business needs.

• Lead or support business workshops using finance and accounting terminology.

• Apply knowledge of Japan-specific legal, tax, and reporting requirements in SAP solutions.

• Perform data migration for finance-related master and transactional data.

• Deliver high-quality project outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Support pre-sales efforts including proposal development and client presentations.

• Contribute to internal initiatives such as creating Japan-specific templates and documentation.

• Minimum 5 years (Consultant) / 7+ years (Senior Consultant) of SAP Finance functional experience.

• Completed at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of finance business processes and SAP configuration.

• Hands-on experience in data migration for finance objects.

• Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).

• Familiarity with Japan's local financial regulations and statutory requirements is a plus.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Exposure to working with Japanese clients or in Japan-based projects.

• Prior involvement in pre-sales, proposals, or solutioning.
