Position: Digital and Content Marketing Specialist

Modules: Marketing

Location: Malaysia

Responsibilities:

Content Development (End-to-End)

  • Own content creation for the CBS product portfolio and industry solutioning.

  • Draft, edit, and finalise blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.

  • Coordinate with product owners to ensure technical accuracy and obtain necessary approvals.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and meets APAC localization requirements.

Social Media Management

  • Serve as the single point of contact for field marketing social media requests.

  • Gather requirements, develop content calendars, and create posts (copy + graphics).

  • Publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and APAC-specific channels like WeChat.

  • Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and report insights.

SEO & SEM Ownership

  • Drive keyword optimisation for all digital content and assets.

  • Review and approve blog articles to ensure SEO compliance before publishing.

  • Manage SEM and paid search campaigns, optimizing for ROI.

  • Track keyword rankings and adjust strategies based on analytics and performance results.

Publications & Campaigns

  • Manage corporate publications including brochures, newsletters, product sheets, and other collateral.

  • Oversee email campaigns from end to end:

    • Build and design templates

    • Segment target lists

    • Schedule and execute sends

  • Analyse open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions to drive improvements.

Video Production (Light)

  • Coordinate occasional video projects such as product explainers and event highlight videos.

  • Liaise with vendors or internal teams to support scripting, production, and editing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with field marketing, product teams, and design teams.

  • Ensure timely delivery of all assets required for campaigns and events across the region.

Requirements:

Content & Stakeholder Management

  • Strong content expertise not only writing, but researching, gathering information, and coordinating with various stakeholders for accuracy.

  • Ability to manage and work with multiple stakeholders, including strong people management and communication skills.

  • Proven capability to chase stakeholders, follow up effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.

Digital Marketing Skills

  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media management, and paid advertising.

  • Hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Familiar with analytics tools for tracking performance and improving campaign results.

Project Management

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple campaigns across different countries simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, track progress, and deliver on time.

Creative & Technical Skillset

  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate technical product content into engaging assets.

  • Technical handling abilities including:

    • Graphics creation using Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator or similar)

    • Video production and editing (basic to intermediate)
