cbs Malaysia is the subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who is passionate about growing with us in the APAC region. You will be an integral part of the Sales Team and help management grow the business. You will establish and manage relationships not only with potential and existing clients but also with partners of cbs. Product, sales technique training and coaching will be provided to support your success and fast-track your career in IT service sales.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop a strong sales pipeline by building and maintaining customer relationships and understanding their business needs.
Create and maintain a structured call plan for existing and potential customers in the APAC region.
Independently and proactively handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels (e.g. Skype), qualifying prospects based on the assigned database (e.g. accounts, contacts) to achieve sales targets.
Qualify, follow up, and track sales leads independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain the CRM database, including cleansing duplicate entries and updating customer interactions.
Present weekly Inside Sales progress reports to the reporting manager.
Must have proven past sales performance—e.g., securing 3 appointments per week or contributing to measurable revenue growth.
Comfortable working in a deskbound, non-customer-facing environment while still being effective in driving digital sales.
Job requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Business, Communication Studies, or related fields.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, especially in telemarketing or cold calling roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in calling, connecting, and interacting with potential customers.
Confident in communicating with senior stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
Energetic, aggressive self-starter with a friendly and professional attitude.
Eager to expand cbs with new sales, clients, and territories.
Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal oriented.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage customers in remote sessions or digital workshops.
Excellent in English (verbal and written).
Skills in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
