Position Title: Executive Assistant / Executive Administrator / Management Assistant
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Director for the APAC region. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing confidential information with the highest level of discretion. This role requires a professional who can handle a variety of administrative tasks while demonstrating critical thinking and independent decision-making skills
Location: Singapore (PR/Citizen only)
Reports To: Director, APAC Region

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Independently solve problems, propose solutions, and make decisions within the scope of the role.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Process expense claims and maintain accurate financial records.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with data analysis and provide support for various projects as needed.
Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
3-7 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting senior executives in a multinational environment.
Knowledge of the APAC region and its business practices.
Additional language skills relevant to the APAC region.
