Position: HR Operations

Module: HR

Location: Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur

  • Manage end-to-end HR administrative and operational tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.

  • Support HR data entry, validation, and reporting in SAP or other HR systems.

  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation accurately and promptly.

  • Track and update employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, exits).

  • Support payroll-related data collation and validation.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data protection standards.

  • Generate regular HR reports and metrics using Excel or Power BI for management review.

  • Provide first-line support for employee HR queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.

  • Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

  • Assist in process optimization projects and help automate recurring tasks using VBA or other digital tools.

  • Ensure all HR processes comply with organizational policies and labor regulations.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, in any related or relevant field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations as service delivery

  • Familiar with the IT-SAP industry and fast-paced environment

  • Highly proficient with using Microsoft applications including Words, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Strong documentation and organization skills

  • Knowledge of VBA and/or Power BI is added advantage
