Position: Internship Program 2025
Module: Legal Counsel/ Inside Sales Admin
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities for Legal Counsel:
Support the Legal PMO in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, such as project plans, meeting minutes, issue logs, and status reports.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in ongoing projects.
Maintain confidential records and legal documents with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Help schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.Assist in creating dashboards, summaries, and progress updates for internal reporting.
Support initiatives to standardize templates and optimize workflows in legal operations.
Conduct basic research on regulatory topics or compliance trends if required.
Project Support
Assist project managers in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation (e.g., plans, status reports, issue logs).
Data Management & Reporting
Help collect and consolidate project data.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, or project management tools.
Meeting Coordination
Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Help prepare materials for steering committee or project update meetings.
Tool Support
Use project management tools (like Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Confluence) to track tasks and project updates.
Learn and support the usage of PMO tools and templates.
Governance & Compliance
Assist in ensuring project processes and documentation follow organizational standards and PMO guidelines.
Support audits or internal reviews if required.
Key Responsibilities for Inside Sales Admin:
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest improvements.
Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Administrative Support:
Assist in preparing sales documents, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Maintain and organize sales files, documentation, and client records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients.
Support calendar management and travel arrangements for sales staff (if required).
Job requirements
Required Skills and Experience for Legal Counsel:
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Interest in legal processes, compliance, or corporate governance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
High level of professionalism and discretion, especially when handling confidential or sensitive legal information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
Interest or prior coursework in corporate law, contract law, or intellectual property is a plus.
Candidate must be able to provide an Internship Placement Letter from their university.
Required Skills and Experience for Inside Sales Admin:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Strong communication and teamwork skills – ability to coordinate with internal departments.
Attention to detail – especially in reporting, data entry, and sales documentation.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Prior internship or coursework in sales support, customer service, or administrative functions is a plus.
Candidate must be able to provide an Internship Placement Letter from their university.
