Module: Legal Counsel/ Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities for Legal Counsel Intern:

  • Support the Legal PMO in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, such as project plans, meeting minutes, issue logs, and status reports.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in ongoing projects.

  • Maintain confidential records and legal documents with high attention to detail and accuracy.
    Help schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.

  • Assist in creating dashboards, summaries, and progress updates for internal reporting.

  • Support initiatives to standardize templates and optimize workflows in legal operations.

  • Conduct basic research on regulatory topics or compliance trends if required.

Key Responsibilities for Inside Sales Intern:

  • Assist in prospecting new leads through online research, databases, and tools like LinkedIn or CRM platforms.

  • Support the inside sales team in managing and updating the sales pipeline.

  • Conduct initial outreach via email or phone to qualify leads and set up meetings for sales representatives.

  • Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,).

  • Follow up on leads and previous contacts to nurture opportunities.

  • Assist in tracking KPIs, generating reports, and analyzing sales performance data.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and lead generation efforts.

  • Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and gain insights into B2B/B2C sales strategies.

Job requirements

Requirements for Legal Counsel Intern:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant field. (Candidate must be able to provide Internship Placement letter from the University)

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Interest in legal processes, compliance, or corporate governance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive or confidential legal information.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.

Requirements for Inside Sales Intern:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant field. (Candidate must be able to provide Internship Placement letter from the University)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable speaking with potential clients over phone/email.

  • Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer relationship management.

  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, or CRM software is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team-oriented environment.
