Responsibilities for HR Operations Trainee Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management:
Assist in preparing and distributing new joiner welcome packs and welcome kits, including stock monitoring.
Coordinate and track applications for employee business cards and access cards.
Support the update and maintenance of employee records (local and expatriate), including contact details and joiner/leaver lists.
Assist in updating onboarding slides and aligning new joiner names with scorecard systems.
Collaborate with IT to ensure smooth onboarding processes and accurate IT tracker updates.
Assist in rectifying data errors in employee management systems.
Recruitment Support:
Provide administrative support for the recruitment process using platforms like Recruitee.
Assist in re-engaging with candidates and reminding candidates for interviews.
Support interview logistics, including booking meeting rooms for face-to-face interviews.
Assist with preliminary candidate screening, including scanning resumes and shortlisting candidates from job portals.
Help in designing recruitment-related posters and follow up on candidate questionnaires.
Learning & Development (L&D) Support:
Assist in managing training-related documentation, such as the APAC SAP Certification.
Support the grant application process.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
Assist in the planning and execution of internal employee events (e.g., Sport sessions, Art & Hobbies Workshop).
Draft content for internal communication platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) for employee initiatives.
Support coordination for employee photoshoots and follow up on marketing status.
Assist in creating informative posters and infographics related to company policies.
HR Operations & Administration:
Assist with vendor application processes.
Follow-up with ad hoc task.
Support in ensuring an up-to-date data table via Excel (employee date, contact number, etc).
Roles & Responsibilities for Sales and PMO:
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects, providing support in research, analysis, and implementation.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance your skills and understanding of our industry.
• Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Contribute to the organization and maintenance of data repositories.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to projects, processes, and procedures.
• Work closely with team members, contributing ideas and insights to team discussions.
• Engage in effective communication to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
Job requirements
Qualifications for HR Operations Trainee Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLookup, Data Cleanup)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player.

Qualifications for Sales and PMO:

• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
