Job Overview: We are excited to offer internship opportunities for motivated and talented individuals to join our dynamic team. This internship program is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of our business and industry, fostering personal and professional growth.

Position: Internship Program 2026

Module: PMO Admin

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities for PMO Admin:

  1. Office management:

    • Ensure enough office supplies inclusive pantry and stationery stock.

    • Involves in office enhancements projects.

  2. Project/Contract Creation & Maintenance

    • Create and administer cbs internal & external project creation (SAP)

  3. Managing customer invoices:

    • Prepare and submit milestone relevant sales document such as acceptance certificates and approved timesheet

    • Prepare and submit invoice to customers

    • Follow up with customer on outstanding payments

  4. Claims & Expenses

    • Check and approve claims and travelling expenses.

  5. Partner Assistance: You manage relationships with our vendors.

    • Registration and on-boarding of partners

    • cbs internal and external vendor registration

    • Preparing contracts such as MSA and SOW for partners

Job requirements

Requirements for PMO Admin:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant field. (Candidate must be able to provide Internship Placement letter from the University).

  • Eloquent and fluent in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

  • Strong communication and teamwork – interacting with cross-functional teams.

  • Organizational skills – handling multiple tasks, deadlines, and updates.

  • Attention to detail – especially in reporting and documentation.

  • Eagerness to learn – willingness to pick up project tools, terms, and techniques on the job.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information.

  • Good attitude, passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork.
