cbs Malaysia is the subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. Currently we are looking for

PMO Admin
to join as part of our team.

Position: PMO Admin

Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia

Module: PMO

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Assistance: You support our project managers as internal PMO assistant.
  • Preparing proposal and contractual documents
  • Monitoring purchase order (volume) from clients
  • Administration of cbs internal project system (SAP)
  • Preparing and submitting milestone acceptance certificates, timesheets and invoices to clients
  • Reminding clients of outstanding payments
  • Checking of expenses claims
  • Partner Assistance: You manage relationships with our vendors.
  • Registration and on-boarding of partners
  • cbs internal and external vendor registration
  • Preparing contracts such as MSA and SOW for partners
  • Managing vendor invoices

Job requirements

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as assistant preferable in IT service industry
  • Experience of using Salesforce and SAP is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Science/Management or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office
  • Eloquent and fluent in English, Chinese
  • Soft skills:
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask daily workload
- Being able to handle confidential matters
- Good attitude, passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork
