Job overview: We are seeking a Presentation & Design Specialist to create impactful, visually engaging, and brand-aligned presentations. In this role, you’ll enhance PowerPoint slides, transform complex content into compelling visuals, and collaborate with global teams to ensure professional, on-brand outputs. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong design skills and creativity to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Presentation & Design Specialist

Modules: PowerPoint/Design Principles/Visual Storytelling/Adobe

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to understand presentation needs.

  • Clean up, format, and enhance PowerPoint slides for consistency, clarity, and brand alignment.

  • Transform complex content into engaging visuals (graphics, icons, charts, infographics).

  • Apply design principles (typography, color, layout) to ensure professional, on-brand output.

  • Provide creative input on storytelling flow, design concepts, and overall effectiveness.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience (optional).

  • Open to fresh graduates.

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced features).

  • Good eye for design, detail, and brand consistency.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

  • Creative, proactive, and able to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
