Process Mining Specialist

cbs Malaysia is the subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Process Mining Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one process mining tool and a strong technical
background in Signal, SQL, ETL, and Python. Additionally, candidates should have significant experience in two or more Finance/Business Processes.

Position: Process Mining Specialist

Location: Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) to analyze and optimize business processes.
• Apply strong hands-on experience with Signal, SQL, ETL, and Python to manage and process data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights into process improvements.
• Analyze and enhance Finance/Business Processes such as Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, PM (Plant Maintenance), and PP (Production Planning).
• Develop and maintain documentation related to process mining activities and findings.
• Provide training and support to team members on process mining tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with at least one process mining tool (Celonis, Signavio, etc.).
• Strong hands-on experience with Signal, SQL, ETL, and Python.
• Extensive experience in at least two of the following Finance/Business Processes:Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, PM, PP, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
