Job Overview: We are looking for an accomplished and driven Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our SAP solutions portfolio across the China market. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in enterprise software sales, a solid grasp of SAP technologies, and a successful history of navigating complex sales cycles with executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead sales initiatives for SAP products and services, targeting both new prospects and existing customers in China.
· Formulate and execute strategic sales plans that align with regional business objectives.
· Develop new business opportunities, managing the complete sales lifecycle.
· Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including senior IT and business executives.
· Partner closely with SAP, internal pre-sales consultants, marketing, and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions and value propositions.
· Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
· Stay informed on SAP’s latest innovations and evolving market trends in the Chinese enterprise software landscape.
· Represent the organization at key industry events, SAP forums, and networking opportunities.
Job requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
· Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, including at least 2 years focused on SAP solutions.
· An understanding of SAP transformations and Selective Data Transformation is a plus.
· Strong understanding of SAP offerings (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.)
· Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
· Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
· Adept at working across diverse organizational structures and cultures.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Willingness to travel domestically/ internationally as needed.
· Prior experience selling SAP solutions as a partner or direct SAP employee.
· Existing relationship with Senior level executives from SAP centric organizations.
· Familiarity with industry-specific SAP applications (e.g., manufacturing, financial services, retail)
· In-depth understanding of the Chinese enterprise market and procurement processes.
