Position: SAP Analyst Service Desk (AMS)
Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia
Module: SAP functional and technical modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, FICO, SD, MM, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the SAP Support Service Desk Team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of various support activities.

  • You will handle technical support requests (via ticketing systems, email, phone, etc.) and classify them for further processing by the expert team.

  • You will oversee the management of incidents and the service request process.

  • You are expected to proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.

  • Friendly and experienced colleagues will provide training until you are ready to take on your responsibilities independently.

  • You will also support the preparation of monthly utilization reports for Service Managers.

Job requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 1–5 years of experience in IT support or a service desk environment.

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Strong customer orientation and a service-focused mindset.

  • Independent and structured way of working.

  • Reliable, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Experience in IT user support is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk, SAP Solution Manager) is a plus.

  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.

  • Understanding of SAP is a plus.
