SAP Consultant - Organizational Change Management

cbs APAC is the subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. Currently we are looking for SAP Consultant - Organizational Change Management to join our team on a freelance/ contract basis.

Position: SAP Consultant - Organizational Change Management

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Module: Organizational Change Management

Expectations and Tasks:

• Primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance for ERP implementations.

• Institute the means for measuring, reporting, and assessing change management effectiveness across the full lifecycle of the project.

• Manage the needs of stakeholders and the system integration delivery team to meet agreed scope and timelines.

• Integrate innovative approaches and continuous improvement ideas into all aspects of project deliverables.

• Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, system, technology, job roles and organization structures

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in consulting roles supporting system and business process transformation change initiatives with multiple deliverables.

• Demonstrated success as a Change Administrator/Consultant on a range of SAP, S/4 HANA, or equivalent business application implementations.

• Proven ability to identify and translate requirements for Change Management into clear and measurable work products.

• Ability to measure, demonstrate and articulate the change impact to the business, of specific process and service changes and to make these tangible for employees.

• Excellent engagement, relationship building, and expectation management skills with stakeholders of all organizational levels across a diverse and global environment.

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others, and move toward a common vision or goal, as well as able to work effectively at all levels in the organization.

• Has experience in preparing and delivering enterprise-wide communication for change projects.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and communication skills). 

• Preferably an Indonesian citizen and able to work in Jakarta, plus travel to Sorowako as required.

• Ability to use MS Office products such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc is a must.

• Ability to use creative design tools such as Canva, Vyond, Photoshop etc will be an added advantage.
