SAP Consultant / Senior Consultant - Data Transformation (fluent in Japanese)

To build up our regional team, we are looking for SAP Consultant / Senior Consultant - Data Transformation (fluent in Japanese). 

You will play an important role, such as:

• Become an expert in leading-edge digital migration and landscape transformation software by spearheading digital transformations with cbs ET Transformer® for SAP S/4HANA®.
• Design, harmonize, and analyze business processes using your technical and functional experience in combination with high-end SAP transformation software.
• Perform SAP data migrations and data harmonization.
• Carry out ERP system mergers, carve-outs, and conversions.
• Coach younger colleagues on functional, technical, and methodological subjects.

We are looking for: 

• At least 3 years’ / 6 years experience as a SAP end user or SAP consultant with Finance or Logistic functional background or ABAP knowledge (techno-functional).
• Experience in handling master data like customer, vendor, material master in a business context.
• Good presentation skills and ability to engage customers in workshops.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Able to communicate in Japanese. 
• Willing to join our SLT academy in Malaysia for knowledge transfer. 

• Keen to learn about the flow of data in an SAP S/4HANA® system and how to transform it. 
• Have ambition to take your own functional (SAP applications, business processes) and technical skills to the next level.
  
• Desire to work in an international project environment.
  
• An analytical and problem-solving consultant with the desire to develop your own skills and talents.
• An eloquent and extroverted person happy to support our pre-sales cycle.
• Passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork.
• Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions.
• Able to lead a small team, with strong social and communication skills.
