ERP - SAP SD E-Invoicing Consultant/Senior Consultant

cbs Consulting India, a subsidiary of cbs, is a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. We specialize in delivering high-quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations using SAP. We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Consultant/Senior Consultant - SAP SD E-Invoicing to join our team.

Position: SAP Consultant/Senior Consultant - SAP SD E-Invoicing
Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia, India, Philippines
Module: SAP SD E-Invoicing

Expectations and Tasks:

• Take ownership of process, functional, and technical design in SAP SD E-Invoicing projects.

• Conduct top-down workshops to guide clients on SAP SD E-Invoicing feasibility within S/4HANA.

• Drive end-to-end project activities within the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring seamless implementation of country-specific e-invoicing solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and other relevant modules.

• Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and fix issues pertaining to e-invoice solutions and implementation

• Support pre-sales activities in the Asia-Pacific region/global by providing subject-matter expertise in SAP SD E-Invoicing.

• Stay updated on country-specific legal requirements for e-invoicing and ensure compliance with them during project delivery and support Handle support tickets related to failures and compliance issues arising out of the e-invoicing solutions implemented

• Job Requirements:

• A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, or a related field.

• Open to all levels (SAP Principal, Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with a strong focus on e-invoicing.

• Experience with integration to tax engines, compliance solutions, and government e-invoicing portals.

• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA and understanding of integration topics with Finance (FI) and MM modules.

• Strong problem-solving ability to troubleshoot configuration errors, integration failures and data issues.

• Knowledge of GST, VAT and e-invoicing regulations for different countries is an advantage

• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging skills are an advantage.

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written).
