SAP Project Manager – Solution Architect

Position: Project Manager – Solution Architect
Location: Singapore (PR/Citizen only)
Employment Type: Contract / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping companies translate business strategy into effective operations to maximize business performance; helping CFOs identify, design and implement programs that can transform their finance function.

• Expertise in business strategy, business restructuring, strategic management and business processes.

• Improve performance through analysis of existing business problems and development of future planning.

• Recommend new methods, systems, procedures or organizational changes.

• Project management skills

• Solid time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Presentation and communication skills, translating complex information into a simplified presentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business; master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance transformation projects.

• Knowledge in SAP application is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Develop solutions or alternatives to the current state.

• Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions.

• Passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork.

• Able to lead a team, with strong social and communication skills.

• Eloquent and fluent in English (verbal and written); Chinese is a plus.
