Position: SAP Senior Consultant GTS
Location: China (Shanghai)

Modules: SAP GTS (Global Trade Services)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Senior Consultant to support end-to-end Global Trade Services (GTS) implementations in China /Taiwan. The role requires strong expertise in SAP GTS modules, combined with hands-on experience in implementation and integration projects. This position involves close collaboration with stakeholders and requires full-time onsite engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead end-to-end SAP GTS implementation projects, from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP GTS capabilities and functionalities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP GTS solutions

  • Design and configure SAP GTS modules, including:

    • Compliance Management

    • Customs Management

    • Risk Management

  • Integrate SAP GTS with other relevant SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI)

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior consultants and project team members where required

  • Stay updated with the latest SAP GTS trends and developments to provide thought leadership and advisory to clients

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years experience as in SAP area, with a focus on SD/MM/EWM/TM/Ariba implementation and integration projects, preferably within a Professional Services/ Consulting environment.

  • Good knowledge of supply chain, including warehouse, material master data management, purchase to pay, order to cash, transportation management.

  • Proven experience in SAP GTS implementation and integration projects, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment

  • Strong knowledge of SAP GTS modules, especially:

    • Compliance Management

    • Customs Management

  • Experience working on European projects is highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of global trade processes and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work onsite full-time in China

  • Experience working in international project environments
