Position: SAP Senior Consultant/ Manager - IS-U

Location: Manila or Kuala Lumpur

Module: IS - Utilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP IS-U, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP IS-U products to clients. 

  • Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP IS-U modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. 

  • Design, configure, and test various SAP IS-U modules in system. 

  • Able to analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client, recommend and translate the solutions into system requirements to meet the clients' needs. 

  • Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices. 

  • Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. 

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.

Job requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or any other science or business discipline.

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in the areas of IS-U.

  • Familiar with any of the SAP IS-U modules such as C4C Service Cloud/ S4Hana Embedded Customer Service/ Device Management/ Energy Data Management/ IDEx/ Market Process Management/ Utilities Billing/ FICA and etc.

  • Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is a must.

  • Understanding of integration topics with other modules.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
