Position: SAP Senior Consultant – Materials Management (MM)

Modules: SAP MM

Location: Delhi, India

Requirements:

• Take responsibility for business process design, functional specifications, configuration, and implementation activities within SAP MM.

• Conduct workshops and advise customers on SAP S/4HANA MM best practices.

• Support end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP MM solutions.

• Support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations, solution discussions, and requirement analysis.

• Provide functional expertise across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master Data, Valuation, and Procurement processes.

• Support integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules, particularly FI/CO, SD, and Logistics.

• Provide expertise on India-specific taxation and GST processes within SAP MM.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP MM, with strong SAP S/4HANA MM experience.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience working on an Indian SAP project/implementation.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with India GST configuration in SAP.

• Strong experience with GST tax codes, tax determination, and GST configuration within SAP.

• Strong understanding of RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism) and its implementation within SAP.

• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation processes and their integration with SAP procurement and logistics processes.

• Good understanding of imports from an Indian business and taxation perspective, including applicable tax processes.

• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master Data, Valuation, and Procurement processes.

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.

• Strong integration knowledge between SAP MM and SD, particularly around GST and tax-related processes.

• Experience integrating SAP MM with FI/CO, SD, and other Logistics modules.

• Experience supporting SAP projects within global and multicultural environments.

• Good communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability skills.

• Knowledge of ABAP is an advantage.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
