cbs Malaysia is the subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. Currently we are looking for an SAP Analyst/ Consultant - Service Desk (AMS) to join as part of our team.
Position: SAP Analyst/ Consultant - Service Desk (AMS)
Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia
Module: SAP functional and technical modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, FICO, SD, MM, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the SAP Support Service Desk Team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of various support activities.
You will handle technical support requests (via ticketing systems, email, phone, etc.) and classify them for further processing by the expert team.
You will oversee the management of incidents and the service request process.
You are expected to proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
Friendly and experienced colleagues will provide training until you are ready to take on your responsibilities independently.
You will also support the preparation of monthly utilization reports for Service Managers.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
1–5 years of experience in IT support or a service desk environment.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong customer orientation and a service-focused mindset.
Independent and structured way of working.
Reliable, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Experience in IT user support is an advantage.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk, SAP Solution Manager) is a plus.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
Understanding of SAP is a plus.
