Job Overview: As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you are responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors HxM suite. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translating them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to human resources and talent management.
  • Convert business needs into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, offering suggestions for system configuration and customization.
  • Lead or contribute to the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and more.
  • Ensure system integration with other relevant modules and third-party applications.
  • Create and execute custom solutions within SAP SuccessFactors to address specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design and implement enhancements, integrations, and extensions.
  • Apply a profound comprehension of SuccessFactors features and adhere to HR best practices.



Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years (Consultant) / 5 years (Senior Consultant) / 8 years (Manager) of working experience in SAP SuccessFactors HxM.
  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) required.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
