Position : Senior Consultant – SAP SD/CS (Contract)

Location : China – Shanghai (Onsite preferred) (Open to candidates based in Shanghai or Beijing with willingness to travel)

Module / Expertise: SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP CS (Customer Service)

Role Overview: We are urgently looking for Senior SAP SD/CS Consultants (Mandarin + English speakers) to support a high-priority SAP rollout project in China. This is a short-term contract role (approx. 3-6 months + hypercare) requiring strong functional expertise and the ability to independently drive workshops and solution discussions. The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to adapt an existing global ECC template to local China business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive fit-gap workshops based on global ECC templates

  • Analyse business requirements and define process deltas for China localization

  • Configure and support SAP SD/CS solutions aligned with business needs

  • Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution

  • Assist in training business users and preparing documentation

  • Support cutover planning and go-live activities

  • Provide hypercare support post go-live (including first month-end)

  • Contribute to basic master data setup/loading

  • Support basic finance-related activities (balances and open items migration where required)

Job requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and/or CS modules

  • Proven experience as a Senior Consultant, capable of independently driving workshops

  • Experience in global template rollouts / ECC or S/4 programs

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC and service processes

  • Exposure to China localization requirements is highly preferred

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (mandatory)

  • Ability to work onsite in Shanghai with high client interaction
