cbs APAC, a subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany, delivers high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP BI/ BW Senior Consultant to join our team in cbs APAC.

Position: Senior SAP BI/ BW Consultant
Modules: BI/BW
Location: Malaysia/ Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SAP BI/BW solutions, including SAP BW on HANA or BW/4 HANA systems, or work with Datasphere to meet organizational needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and collect data requirements.

  • Design and implement strategies for data acquisition, storage, and processing.

  • Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP BI/BW and data-related projects.

  • Ensure the effective integration of SAP BI/BW solutions with other systems and applications.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a technology-related discipline (such as Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) is mandatory.

  • At least 5 years of experience developing SAP BI/BW solutions, including SAP BW on HANA or BW/4 HANA, or at least 2 years of experience with Datasphere.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, strategy development, and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong proficiency in HANA SQL/modeling and ABAP CDS Views.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
